BanguiStore is a marketplace operated by Mauri'Son Corporation SURL. By creating an account, buying, selling, or using the associated services, you agree to these terms and conditions and the policies to which they refer. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
You must provide accurate information, keep your contact details up to date, and protect your login credentials. An account is personal unless it is specifically created for an organization. Any fraudulent activity, impersonation, security breaches, or unauthorized use may result in restriction or suspension.
BanguiStore connects buyers and sellers, provides the digital infrastructure, organizes order processing, support, payment handling via the platform, and delivery according to the stated terms. The seller remains responsible for the legality, authenticity, quality, and conformity of the products they offer.
An order is registered when the buyer confirms their shopping cart and the requested information. It may remain subject to confirmation of payment, stock availability, delivery eligibility, or fraud prevention checks. BanguiStore may cancel or block any transaction that is clearly erroneous, fraudulent, illegal, or impossible to execute.
The seller must offer lawful and compliant products, accurately describe their characteristics, maintain a proper inventory, advertise applicable prices, and prepare orders on time. They must not advertise counterfeit, dangerous, prohibited, stolen, misleading, or infringing products.
Prices and applicable fees are displayed before confirmation. BanguiStore may collect payment for sales when the payment method allows it, and then arrange for payment to be made to the seller according to their contract and applicable controls. Sensitive transactions may be subject to enhanced verification.
The seller prepares and hands over the order to the collection point designated by BanguiStore. BanguiStore arranges delivery to the customer when this service is offered. The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the area, availability, traffic conditions, or events beyond the platform's control.
BanguiStore intentionally limits the information visible to the seller. The seller portal does not display the buyer's identity, address, phone number, or email address. The seller only receives the necessary operational information about their part of the order; BanguiStore manages the delivery relationship with the buyer.
Returns and refunds depend on the product category, condition, reason for return, and the rules displayed at the time of order. The buyer must report the issue within the applicable timeframe and provide all information reasonably necessary to process their request.
You remain responsible for the text, images, trademarks, and other content you submit. You guarantee that you possess the necessary rights. You grant BanguiStore a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt to technical format, and display this content to the extent necessary for the operation, promotion, and security of the marketplace.
The trademarks, interfaces, software, graphic elements, and content belonging to BanguiStore or Mauri’Son Corporation remain protected. No ownership rights are transferred to the user. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
It is forbidden to extract data on a large scale without authorization, disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, distribute malware, attempt fraud, manipulate reviews, or misuse payment methods. BanguiStore may log operations necessary for security and auditing purposes.
BanguiStore may limit, suspend, or close an account in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, risk of fraud, legal obligation, security threat, or harm to other users. Where appropriate, the user may contact support for clarification or to provide additional information.
BanguiStore strives to maintain an available and reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party remains responsible for its own faults, statements, products, and obligations. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
The processing of personal data is described in BanguiStore's Privacy Policy. Use of the marketplace also involves the technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the operation of sessions, security, and preferences.
BanguiStore may modify these terms and conditions to reflect new features, regulatory changes, or security requirements. The published version will indicate its update date. Significant changes may be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
